High winds lift and crack tiles. We replace missing coverings, re-secure loose tiles and check surrounding areas for debris damage.
Flashing repair
Lead or flexible flashing around chimneys, vents and skylights refitted or replaced. Watertight seal restored. Brickwork issues flagged.
Gutter & downpipe repair
Blocked or damaged gutters cleared and reseated. Split lengths and downpipes repaired or replaced. Outlets tested with running water.
Flat roof membrane repair
Split or punctured flat roof membranes patched immediately. Damage cause identified. Pooling water and blocked outlets addressed.
Fallen tree/debris removal
Branches or fallen trees assessed for structural risk. Debris removed safely. Punctured coverings checked and area made weathertight.
Chimney stack repair
Loose or crumbling chimney pointing repointed or rebuilt. Stack checked for movement. Chimney cap and flashing inspected.
Full roof replacement
Extensive storm damage surveyed and quoted for full replacement. Work planned around access, scaffolding and weather. Temporary cover stays in place.
Ridge tile re-bedding
Loose ridge tiles re-bedded with fresh mortar. Old mortar raked out and replaced. Tiles secured against future wind damage.
Slate & tile replacement
Broken or slipped slates and tiles replaced to match existing. Fixings checked. Surrounding area inspected for hidden damage.
Roof valley repair
Leaking roof valleys cleared of debris and re-sealed. Lead or felt valley replacements quoted. Water channel restored.
Emergency tarping
Severe roof damage covered with heavy-duty tarps secured against wind. Temporary internal water diversion if needed. Follow-up repair scheduled.
